Returns: We are committed to your 100% satisfaction. Return requests must be made via email within 7 days of delivery of products. If you are not extremely satisfied with the quality or scent of our products we will exchange your purchase or grant you a refund. No returns are accepted or credited without Brandis Beard Company, LLC. prior approval.

Shipping: Most orders placed during business hours (Monday - Friday 9am-4pm) will be processed and shipped within 72hrs. However, there are times when extended lead times may be necessary. Most orders are shipped via USPS mail by either 1st Class or Priority depending on weight and your selection at checkout. We make no guarantee of delivery time once your order is in the hands of the carrier. Free shipping on orders $49.99+. Exclusions may apply, Free shipping on qualifying products only.
