Wholesale Account & Website Terms and Conditions*

How to order:  Orders may be placed via the wholesale products link on our website;  www.brandisbeardco.com.  You must be a registered Wholesale Account user to make purchases.  If you are not a registered user please reach out to us by using the Contact us form on our website.  Provide as much information as possible including but not limited to your legal business name, type of business, business location, website address, other products you sell, and how you plan to display our products.  Not all inquiries for wholesale pricing will be approved.  Once approved for wholesale pricing you will be able to sign up for an account on our website.  Minimum order quantities apply.

 

Pricing Terms:  Products purchased from Brandis Beard Company, LLC. shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP).  In the event a Wholesale Account chooses to place the products on sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 10% below MSRP.

 

Returns: Return requests must be made via email within 7 days of delivery of products.  No returns are accepted or credited without Brandis Beard Company, LLC. prior approval.  Shipping will be charged for all returns, and a restocking fee of 10% may apply.  

 

Payments:  Payments are to be made by credit card at time of purchase via our website.

Coupon Codes:  Unless otherwise indicated, coupon/discount codes will not be honored to wholesale purchase due to already low margins.

 

Delivery:  Please allow 10-14 days for processing plus shipping time.  Larger orders may require more time.  Please contact for rush orders before placing an order.  Shipping fees apply to all orders.  We do not ship international orders at this time.

Damages & Defects:  Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.  Contact Brandis Beard Company, LLC at brandisbeardco@gmail.com within 3 business days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments.  Returned products will be replaced with new products.  Damaged or defective products will not be accepted if it is held for more than 14 calendar days after receipt.
